Hey there! I'm Hank Schless. I'm a Boston-based photographer, and here's a bit about how I got to where I am:  

Growing up in Connecticut, going to college in Maine, and having family in Vermont helps me feel at home no matter where I am in New England. Beyond that, I spend lots of time on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and travel otherwise as much as I can. I feel lucky to be exposed to so many beautiful parts of the world, and since a family friend got me my first point-and-shoot camera at the age of 10, I've carried a camera with me everywhere. 

I started venturing into the business side of photography during high school by taking photos for the athletic department, then subsequently got hired by my college to do the same when I wasn't in season as a varsity rower. Since then, I've dived much more deeply into landscape photography,  engagement/wedding photography, and working with local brands. 

Over the years, my work has been featured in a number of publications, countless social media accounts, art galleries, news broadcasts, and more.
